Welcome to Leads Payout. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other rules, policies, and procedures we may publish from time to time on this platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service ("User" or "You"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Leads Payout operates a lead-sharing platform that connects individuals with businesses seeking qualified opportunities. The platform follows a single Lead Submission Model.

• Lead Submission Model: Users submit potential business leads through the platform. Each lead is reviewed and verified by Leads Payout and/or the concerned business. Earnings are credited only after the lead is approved and accepted based on predefined criteria. No earnings are provided for unverified, rejected, or incomplete leads.

Leads Payout does not offer referral commissions, sales agency roles, subcontracting, or resource augmentation models. Participation is strictly limited to submitting leads and earning rewards only upon successful approval.

Leads Payout reserves the right to review, approve, reject, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not submit leads that are false, fraudulent, or belong to individuals or entities who have not consented to be contacted.

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not use the Service to spam, transmit viruses, or engage in any unlawful activity.

Commission structures for each model are clearly defined on the 'How Much You Can Earn' page and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed only after a lead is officially converted or a project/resource is fully accepted and payments are received by Leads Payout.

Disputes regarding commissions must be submitted in writing within thirty (24) hours of the transaction date. Leads Payout's decision on payment disputes shall be final.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
